To ensure a smooth and professional experience, the following information applies to all Luxelab Studio projects.
Projects commence upon approval of the quotation, signed agreement (where applicable), and payment of the required deposit.
All payments are made according to the agreed payment schedule.
We accept part payment of 80% of the total project investment to commence work, with the balance due prior to final delivery.
Project deliverables remain the intellectual property of Luxelab Studio until full payment has been received.
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds.
Additional revisions or significant design changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
Project timelines vary depending on complexity, client response times, and project scope.
Delivery dates are confirmed once all required information has been received.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, design references, branding information, approvals, and timely feedback throughout the project.
All client information, designs, and development materials are treated confidentially.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final approved work becomes the client's property upon full payment, while Luxelab Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work within its portfolio unless confidentiality has been requested.
